Santoro and McDermott of Kinlin Grover Commercial handle $1.85 million sale

Chatham MA On April 11the closing was held for the sale of 2079 Main St., an 8,744 s/f 20-unit motel within walking distance to Ridgevale Beach. The property includes a two bedroom owner's quarters and a pool on 1.42 acres. Nat Santoro, CCIM and Jack McDermott of Kinlin Grover Commercial brokered the sale between the seller, Wiseman Retreats Realty Trust and the buyers, Larry and Tiffany Amorosino. The selling price was $1.85 million, financed by Charlie DeSimone of the Bank of Cape Cod and partial owner financing. Kinlin Grover is a commercial real estate brokerage company specializing in commercial and investment properties in Southeastern Mass., with offices located in Mashpee, Orleans and Plymouth.
