Santoro of Kinlin Grover Commercial brokers $799,000 sale of 350 Bradford Street, Provincetown

A closing was held for the sale of 350 Bradford St., currently a restaurant with a large private parking lot on .90 acres. Nat Santoro, CCIM of Kinlin Grover Commercial brokered the transaction between the seller, Whistle Stop Realty Trust and the buyer, BPJC, LLC of Chatham. The selling price was $799,000 for the real estate only, financed by the Cape Cod Cooperative Bank. The buyer intends to build a 24-unit 40B project at the site, with 18 units in the condominium complex to be sold at market rates, and the remaining 6 units sold as affordable housing. Kinlin Grover Commercial is a commercial real estate brokerage company specializing in commercial and investment properties in Southeastern Massachusetts, with offices located in Mashpee, Orleans and Plymouth.
