Saturley of Tranzon Auction Properties sells 13-unit apartment building

Tranzon Auction Properties sold at auction a 13-unit apartment building in the city's Parkside neighborhood. Tranzon was hired by Greystone & Co., Inc. to conduct the foreclosure sale. The auction had drawn the interest of over 50 potential buyers from coast to coast. Nine registered bidders participated in the public out-cry auction, with auctioneer Tom Saturley's hammer finally falling in the $400,000 range. Chris Sullivan, of Sullivan Multi-Family Realty in Portland, represented the buyer.
