Construction on Phase II/Building 100 (20,000 s/f) is planned to begin 4Q 2024. Gault Family Companies of Westport CT is the developer for Southbrooke Medical & Professional Suites.

Recently signed tenants include Continuum Surgery Center leased 10,949 s/f, Designed to Smile Dentistry leased 3,666 s/f and Allegiance Health of Southwest Florida signed a lease for 1,562 s/f. All About You Med Spa and HealthQuest PT have signed leases for 1,639 s/f and 2,170 s/f respectively.
