Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate inks two retail leases - 2,418 s/f

Westport, CT Penny Wickey and Laure Aubuchon of Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate (SCRE) represented ARC Realty Concord in leasing space to Everything But Water at Elm & Main, 136 Main St.  The retailer leased 980 s/f and was represented by Sharon Maddern of David Adam Realty. The retailer specializes in high-end women’s swimwear and resort wear and has been in business for over 35 years. They currently operate over 85 stores across the United States.  

Wickey and Oliver Bork of SCRE also leased 24 Taylor Pl. to PopUp Bagels Westport LLC.  Wickey represented the landlord and Bork represented the retailer in securing 1,438 s/f corner retail space downtown. PopUp Bagels is relocating its current Westport store and continues to expand its footprint in the region. The retailer recently won the Brooklyn Bagelfest “Best Bagel” for two years in a row.
