Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate represents Boot Barn in securing 11,000 s/f third location site
Milford, CT Dan Neaton of Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate (SCRE) represented Boot Barn in leasing their third Connecticut location at 1360 Boston Post Rd. The western-wear store plans extensive renovations to the interior of the former 11,000 s/f Rite Aid Pharmacy. Construction is planned to begin in early March with an opening date in late Q2 2025.
