Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate sells 3,924 s/f
Westport, CT Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate (SCRE) represented United Realty in the sale of 177 Main St. Formerly the home of The Remarkable Bookstore, the 3,924 s/f retail building was sold to Conn.-based owner/user, Eleish Van Breems Home Westport.
Laure Aubuchon and Penny Wickey of SCRE represented the owners of 177 Main St. CBRE Capital Markets’ Louis Zuckerman, senior vice president, and Patrick Colwell, senior vice president represented The Remarkable LLC.
Since early 2021, SCRE has brokered the sale of three properties on Main St. - 56-58 Main St., 139 Main St., and 177 Main St.
Eleish van Breems offers interior design services and a line of historically based Swedish furniture.
