Saugatuck sells 1010 Summer St. for $2.45 million
Westport, CT Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate LLC (SCRE) was the sole broker in the sale of 1010 Summer St. which closed on Oct. 16. SCRE represented Touchstone One LLC in their sale to USA Equity trust, a real estate and financial services company. The building sold for $2.45 million.
