Scafati of Press/Cuozzo brokers 1,720 s/f lease at Northside Plaza
According to Stephen Press, SIOR, co-principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, Salon Space has leased 1,720 s/f at 510 Washington Ave., the last available space at Northside Plaza, a 17,000 s/f retail center situated between Exits 12 and 13 on busy Rte. 5.
The landlord, Northside Plaza, LLC, and the tenant, Salon Space, LLC, were represented by Albert Scafati, senior commercial advisor, the sole broker in the multi-year transaction.
With the completion of this lease, the center is now 100% occupied.
