The Birmingham Group Health Services, Inc. will occupy 1,468 s/f. The Birmingham Group provides programs and services which are care management services, co-occurring disorders and outpatient programs to traditional counseling and support groups.
Multi-Cultural Leadership Institute, Inc. has also leased 1,608 s/f at the property. The institute provides leadership for positive change through multi-cultural and diversity awareness, education advocacy and research and will provide on-site training.
Scafati represented both tenants and was the sole broker in both transactions.
