Scafati of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services arranges 3,076 s/f in leases

According to Stephen Press, SIOR, principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, senior commercial advisor Albert Scafati has leased a total of 3,076 s/f at 127 Washington Ave. The Birmingham Group Health Services, Inc. will occupy 1,468 s/f. The Birmingham Group provides programs and services which are care management services, co-occurring disorders and outpatient programs to traditional counseling and support groups. Multi-Cultural Leadership Institute, Inc. has also leased 1,608 s/f at the property. The institute provides leadership for positive change through multi-cultural and diversity awareness, education advocacy and research and will provide on-site training. Scafati represented both tenants and was the sole broker in both transactions. Press/Cuozzo Realtors, located at 2751 Dixwell Avenue, Hamden, CT, has been serving the greater New Haven area since 1990. Press/Cuozzo Realtors provides the services of a Commercial/Industrial Division, Residential Brokerage, Senior Real Estate Services and Relocation Services.
