Scafati of Press/Cuozzo leases 3,300 s/f at Hamden Center II
According to Stephen Press, partner of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, senior advisor Albert Scafati has completed his assignment as the exclusive agent for Hamden Realty Associates LP to procure an office tenant for the second floor office suite at 2989 Dixwell Ave. consisting of 3,300 s/f. Patient Care will occupy the suite for a three-year term.
HK Group represented the tenant.
