Scafati of Press/Cuozzo leases 3,780 s/f to Morris Roofing Solutions
According to Stephen Press, SIOR, co-principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, Albert Scafati, senior commercial advisor, has leased a 3,780 s/f commercial building at 1045 Dixwell Ave. to Morris Roofing Solutions, Inc. Morris Roofing Solutions is a commercial and industrial roofing company experienced in single-ply heat welded systems and quality craftsmanship. The company installs FiberTite Roofing material and also offers roof cleaning for single-ply domed buildings.
Scafati of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services was the sole broker in the transaction, representing the landlord, Angelina Landino, and also the tenant.
