Scafati of Press/Cuozzo leases 4,922 s/f to Connecticut Auto Sales
According to Stephen Press, SIOR, principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, Albert Scafati, senior commercial advisor, has leased 4,922 s/f at 1060 Bridgeport Ave. to Connecticut Auto Sales, LLC.
Scafati of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services was the sole broker in the lease transaction, representing the landlord, Diane Niarchos, and the tenant, Connecticut Auto Sales, LLC.
Press/Cuozzo Realtors, with offices at 2751 Dixwell Ave., Hamden and 975 State St., New Haven has been serving the greater New Haven area since 1990.
