Scafati of Press/Cuozzo sells 4,700 s/f commercial bldg. for $290,000
According to Stephen Press, SIOR, principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, Albert Scafati, senior commercial advisor, has sold 986 Dixwell Ave., a 4,700 s/f commercial building, to TDR Realty, LLC. The entity purchased the building as an investment property. The property provides one drive-in overhead door and off-street parking for 12 cars.
Scafati was the sole broker in the transaction, representing the seller, JFD Co., LLC, as well as the buyer. The sale price was $290,000. It is now being offered for lease.
