Grubb & Ellis|Coldstream Real Estate Advisors, Inc. has leased 13,195 s/f of flex space located at 14 Keewaydin Dr. to Besi North America, Inc. Besi's new facility will house the North American engineering, R&D and customer training and support functions. Dan Scanlon of Grubb & Ellis|Coldstream's Bedford office represented Besi in the multi year lease transaction. 14 Keewaydin Dr. is a multi-tenanted flex building located just off exit 2, I-93 and is owned by Bradley IG One, LLC.
