Tinkham Realty sells 9.5 acres to Demoulas - $2.85m
Tinkham Realty, Inc. brokered the sale of 9.5 acres located on West River Rd. to Demoulas Supermarkets, Inc.
Plans are to construct a 76,000 s/f Market Basket Supermarket off of exit 10 of I-93.
Judy Tinkham, principal, represented the buyer. Michael Harrington with CB Richard Ellis represented the seller, the State of N.H. Department of Transportation.
The sale price according to the Registry of Deeds is $2.85 million.
