Scanlon of Grubb & Ellis | NNE completes $530,000 sale in Bedford
According to Grubb & Ellis|Northern New England, Dan Scanlon, JD, CCIM sold the former Luisa's Italian
Pizzeria restaurant location on South River Rd. to Kahya Properties, LLC.
Ismail Kahya, the principal of the buyer entity, owns and operates the Bagel Café on Hanover St. in Manchester and plans to relocate his second restaurant on Second St. in Manchester to this new location.
Scanlon represented the buyer and Jon Matta of MGM Realty Group represented the seller, Xavier Realty, LLC. The selling price was $530,000.é, South River Road - Bedford, NH
