Tony Valenti of the R. Calabrese Agency, LLC brokered the lease to Dunkin' Donuts located at 475 Flatbush Ave. Recently re-opened, Dunkin' Donuts relocated in the 300,000 s/f retail center from an in-line location to this free-standing, drive-thru building, located on a pad site within the Charter Oak Marketplace anchored by WalMart, Marshalls, and Dollar Tree. This Dunkin' Donuts is franchised to and is operated by Great American Donut, Inc.
Flatbush Charter Partners, the owner and landlord of Charter Oak Marketplace was represented by Lee Zekaria of Paramount Realty Services, Inc., headquartered in Lakewood, N.J.
In another transaction, Valenti was the sole broker involved in the ground lease for a new free-standing, 1,600 s/f Dunkin' Donuts with drive thru located at 140 Albany Turnpike (Rte. 44) Canton, CT. The scope of this project included the reconfiguring of an existing plaza housing an end-cap Dunkin' Donuts with drive thru to a new free-standing offering. Tony Valenti exclusively represents Great American Donut, Inc., the developer and owner / operator of this store. Great American Donut, Inc. leases the land from 140 Albany, LLC.
