Scanlon of Grubb & Ellis|NNE sells 11 units in Hooksett for $975,000

Dan Scanlon, JD, CCIM, of Grubb & Ellis|Northern New England, a leading provider of integrated real estate services, sold 11 apartment units. Hilltop Village was established as a 12-unit condominium, but stalled after just one unit was sold. The lender took over and operated the project and recently decided to sell the remaining 11 units as a package. The buyer was Bay Bridge, LLC, an affiliated entity of Red Oak Apartment Homes, Inc. of Manchester. Ron Dupont, president of Red Oak, which owns 1,200 apartment units in the state of New Hampshire, said that "this acquisition will allow us to offer our potential new residents the option of renting a luxury condominium for their home in Hooksett, NH."
