Toolin of Fini Real Estate Group completes three leases totaling 16,724 s/f

According to Fini Real Estate Group, Inc., Matt Toolin facilitated a 7-year lease of 12,724 s/f of mill space at 250 Commercial St., to Manchester Christian Church. The landlord was Merrimack River Mills LLC, owned and managed by Brady Sullivan Properties. The downtown site will represent the third location for the expanding Manchester Christian Church. The space will serve as a satellite worship facility as well as classroom and administrative offices. Additionally, Toolin facilitated two 5-year leases at Towne Line Plaza in Tilton, N.H. The first lease of 1,500 s/f was with Subway RE LLC and the second lease of 2,500 s/f with Title Cash of N.H. The plaza is owned and managed by 630 West Main Street, LLC.
