Sandy Scannell, Realtor, was named "Agent of the Month" for August by Keller Williams Realty, Cape Cod & Islands.
Scannell said, "The horrible recession has finally abated and properties are selling at higher than the average median sales price. My sales from August consisted of homes from Plymouth to North Truro."
