The property at Sherman Ave., owned by William Esposito, is represented by Joel Nesson, senior commercial advisor, also of Press/Cuozzo.
GNHTD provides a variety of public transportation services throughout the greater New Haven area and also provides vehicles to municipalities and agencies within the region. The GNHTD acquired this space in order to expand its current base of operations located at 840 Sherman Avenue The expansion will enable the transit district to better serve its clients and to support its growing fleet of modern vehicles.
