Clinical Development Group, LLC has signed a lease for 1,857 square feet on the fourth floor at 55 Church St. Schaffer represented the landlord, 45-55 Church Street, LLC, and the tenant was represented by Kevin Geenty of The Geenty Group, Realtors.
55 Church St. is a joint venture of The Rose Smart Growth Investment Fund I, L.P. and Hurley 45-55 Church Street, LLC, an affiliate of The Hurley Group.
