Schaffer of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services brokers $836,750 sale of Carriage House
According to Stephen Press, SIOR, co-principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, senior associate Ted Schaffer has arranged the $836,750 sale of The Carriage House at 2297 Whitney Ave.
This 19,470 s/f residential building consisting of 42 rentable SRO units is set on .69 acres in the city's business district.
Schaffer represented the seller, Carriage House of Hamden, LLC, and procured the buyer, Mango, LLC.
