Schaffer of Press/Cuozzo inks 6,500 s/f lease in New Haven
According to Stephen Press, principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, senior leasing broker Ted Schaffer has completed a lease at 121 Whitney Ave.
Yale University Properties has leased 6,500 s/f in this 23,000 s/f office building owned and operated by Motor Inn Associates of New Haven. 121 Whitney Ave. was originally built for the Travelers Insurance Companies and was its New Haven headquarters until it relocated to Hamden in 1977.
Schaffer was the sole broker involved in this transaction.
