Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) has completed a 4,000 s/f lease for Physical Medicine  Rehabilitation at the new medical office building on 35 Jolley Dr. The space serves as Physical Medicine  Rehabilitation's primary location, with another office in Southington. 35 Jolley Dr. is owned by Progressive Medical Services, LLC. Both the owner and tenant were represented by JLL's vice president Gary Schless.  
35 Jolley Dr. is a 28,000 s/f class A medical office building. The building is located three miles off Exit 35 of I-91, near numerous restaurants, banks, daycare, shopping, and recreation.
