Schneider of The Mega Group, Inc. brokers $600,000 office building sale
Suzanne Schneider of The Mega Group, Inc. Commercial Real Estate completed the $600,000 sale of a 2 story office building containing 5,100 s/f in downtown at 49 Lowell St. The office building was built in the 60s and was recently completely remodeled.
Suzanne Schneider represented the buyer, Making a Difference in Peabody Foundation, Inc., and also the sellers, N&C Realty Trust.
