Schneier, Jezienicki and Hurd of Boston Realty Advisors handle 15,584 s/f lease for The Grommet

Somerville, MA According to its commercial real estate advisor, Boston Realty Advisors (BRA), The Grommet is expanding their current footprint at 87 Elmwood St. and will occupy an additional 5,649 s/f with a total of 15,584 s/f. BRA’s urban brokerage team consisting of, Adam Schneier, Mike?Jezienicki, and Ryan Hurd were the exclusive tenant representatives for The Grommet in their negotiations with building owner Cameron Avenue Realty Trust.

“We have secured a larger and more suitable footprint for The Grommet’s continued growth,” said Schneier. “87 Elmwood St. has been a great home for The Grommet and we are delighted to facilitate this ongoing relationship with both landlord and tenant in a building and location that is very well suited for the culture of our client”
