Boston Realty Advisors has represented the law firm, Weston Patrick in a 10,488 s/f lease extension where they will continue to occupy the entire 11th floor at 84 State St. in the city's Financial District.
Boston Realty Advisors managing director, Adam Schneier represented the tenant. John Miller, Jeffrey Moore and Brendan Miller of Lincoln Property Company represented the landlord, Invesco Real Estate.
