Pawtucket, RI Eric Schultheis of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represented the owners of 727 Central Ave. and 1202 Newport Ave. in the sale to Backstone Valley Advocacy Center.

The 10,256 s/f former bank branch sold for $975,000 to the nonprofit that provides services to victims of domestic and sexual violence.

Schultheis represented the owner and Alexander Parmenidez of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT represented the buyer.
