Giuttari and Feiner of MG Commercial Real Estate sell two properties for Catholic Church

St. Francis of Assisi, 596-616 Jefferson Boulevard - Warwick, RI

Warwick, RI Mike Giuttari, SIOR and Dan Feiner of MG Commercial Real Estate sold two properties for the Catholic Diocese of Providence for $2.6 million.

St. Francis of Assisi at 596-616 Jefferson Blvd., and St. Catherines Cathedral Church at 3248 Post Rd., parishes were consolidated into the St. Rose and Clement Church at 111 Long St. MG Comm’l. was hired to sell both properties, individually or as a package.

St. Francis Church was sold to The Chesterton Academy, a catholic school that can take advantage of the existing school and administration buildings, in addition to the church. Bismark Properties represented the buyer.

St. Catherines Church was purchased by Bluth LLC, a residential developer, for a use conversion to apartments. Re/Max Preferred represented the buyer.
