Schultheis of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal facilitates $3.1 million sale

109 Western Industrial Drive - Cranston, RI

Cranston, RI Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal completed the sale of a 17,500 s/f industrial building on 1.28 acres located in the Western Industrial Complex.

The property was purchased for $3.1 million by HOFFCO Holdings Inc.

Eric Schultheis of Sweeney Real Estate represented the seller, 109 Western Industrial Realty LLC, in this transaction.

The centrally located Western Industrial Complex offers access to I-295, I-95 and Rte. 37.

Within the complex there is another 17,500 s/f warehouse for sale as well as several shovel-ready industrial development lots ranging from 1.5-3.6 acres that are available for purchase. The lots offer flexible development potential for industrial, warehouse, contractor, distribution, and outdoor storage users.
