Mazzucco of Compass brokers sale of 32 Breach Dr. in Westerly for $2.75 million

Westerly, RI Compass has completed the sale of 32 Breach Dr. for $2.75 million. Kassi Mazzucco of Compass represented the buyer in this transaction. This closing represents the second highest sale in Misquamicut, year-to-date.

32 Breach Dr. is a 2014 custom-built residence. Offering three bedrooms and three full bathrooms across 2,363 s/f of living space, the property sits on a double lot providing enhanced privacy. Engineered for entertaining and refined coastal living, the home boasts over 1,600 s/f of outdoor space, including a wraparound Trex deck and a private primary bedroom deck perfectly positioned to capture salt pond views and sunsets.

“Opportunities like 32 Breach Drive don’t come along often. Its location just off Atlantic Ave., deeded private beach access, and scarcity within the Misquamicut market made it an extraordinary property, but my responsibility was to ensure my client understood its value beyond the lifestyle it offered,” says Mazzucco. “Through extensive market analysis, due diligence, and strategic guidance, we were able to move forward with confidence on what I believe is an exceptional long-term investment. Earning my client’s trust throughout that process is the greatest compliment I can receive.”

This sale marks a personal landmark for Mazzucco – it is the highest-priced sale of her career so far.
