Legacy Real Estate Ventures, LLC has hired Ben Schultz as an asset manager. As asset manager, Schultz will oversee the day to day operations of the expanding Legacy portfolio, as well as assist in marketing requirements and new deal due diligence. Prior to joining Legacy, Schultz worked for K Corporation, a small firm specializing in the acquisition and repositioning of distressed shopping centers in rural New England markets.
He is a 2011 graduate of Babson College with a B.S. in Entrepreneurship.
Based in Waltham, Legacy is an investment firm focusing on the acquisition and value enhancement of office, medical and flex properties primarily in the suburban Boston market. Legacy's growing portfolio includes 13 properties totaling 426,542 s/f, and estimated to exceed $50 million in value.
