Robert Schwartz of the New London office of Connecticut Commercial Realty has completed two office leases for the financial services firm, Edward Jones. A five year lease with a five year renewal has been entered into between Edward Jones and John DiBella for 2,500 s/f at 670 Boston Post Rd., Old Saybrook. Schwartz functioned as a dual agent representing both the lessee and the lessor. Attorney Alexander Tighe of Old Saybrook represented the lessor.
In an earlier transaction, Schwartz represented Edward Jones in a five year lease with a five year renewal for 1,100 s/f of space at Great Plains Plaza at the intersection of Rte. 82 and I-395 in Norwich. Schwartz functioned as a dual agent in this transaction as well. The lessor was represented by attorney Mark Block of Norwich.
