Schwartz of Levey Miller Maretz brokers two leases totaling 1,800 s/f
Ed Schwartz of Levey Miller Maretz LLC, Woodbridge represented the tenant, Paniccia Construction Company for the leasing of 800 s/f of office space at 214 Amity Rd. Jose Gold of Levey Miller Maretz LLC represented the landlord. Mario Paniccia provides complete construction services for the New Haven community.
In another transaction, Schwartz of Levey Miller Maretz LLC represented the tenant, Beyond Homecare Staffing Service, LLC for the leasing of 1,000 s/f of office space at 116 Anthony St., New Haven. Schwartz represented the landlord as well. Beyond Homecare Staffing Service LLC provides home care services to the public with offices in Bridgeport, Hamden and now New Haven.
