Schwartz of Sea Watch Realty leases 5,000 s/f to 1 800 Mattress.com

Sea Watch Realty, Inc. leased a 5,000 s/f building located at 96 Davis Straits. The stand-alone building was recently a Blockbuster location and is now a 1 800 Mattress.com retail store. Richard Schwartz of Sea Watch Realty brokered the long term lease transaction between the owner, Falmouth Holding Realty Corp., and the tenant's parent organization, Sleepy's LLC. The new tenant has already opened for business. Sea Watch represented the owner in the transaction and procured the tenant. Sea Watch Realty also completed the sale of a 1.64-acre industrial lot on Mercantile Way in the industrial zoned area of Mashpee. Jim Gill represented the seller, The Community Bank of Brockton. The property was purchased by Franey Medical Labs for $320,000. The new owner intends to build a 5,700 s/f building to house its business. The construction will be done by CapeWide Enterprises of Mashpee. Sea Watch is a commercial real estate brokerage company specializing in commercial and investment properties in southeastern Mass. Offices are in Hyannis, Falmouth, Plymouth, and Marion.
