SCRE leases former IHOP building at 520 Post Road East to JETSET Pilates
Westport, CT Penny Wickey of Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate (SCRE) represented the landlord, French 520 Post Road East LLC, in leasing the former IHOP at 520 Post Rd. East to JETSET Pilates. The former IHOP operated for decades until closing in 2005.
JETSET Pilates leased the full building and was represented by Lisa Daniel of RIPCO. JETSET Pilates, based in Miami, FL, is a market leader in Reformer Pilates. JETSET Pilates is either open or in development in 100 locations across 20 states. Tenant plans to open mid-summer 2026.

Hines of Horvath & Tremblay completes the sale of 200 multi-family units in Connecticut for $16.24 million
Norwich, CT Tim Hines of Horvath & Tremblay has facilitated the sale of 200 multi-family units totaling $16.24 million. Hines arranged the sale of an 83 unit multi-family portfolio in Cromwell, Middletown and Norwich, Conn. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $9 million.
