Seacoast Imported Auto selects Jewett Construction Co. for renovation of Honda Barn

Stratham, NH Jewett Construction Company, Inc. (JCCI) has been selected by Seacoast Imported Auto for a renovation of its Honda Barn dealership located at 34 Portsmouth Ave.

JCCI assembled the team of Bruce Ronayne Hamilton Architects and Emanuel Engineering to design 23,900 s/f of renovations to the Honda Barn showroom and customer lounge. The design-build project includes new mechanical, electrical and plumbing as well as new lighting, interior finishes and an information center consistent with the latest Honda brand updates. To meet the demand of the dealership’s growing auto service department, the project also includes the construction of a 3,300 s/f addition housing six new service bays and a new service drive entrance. 

With completion scheduled for February 2016, JCCI will utilize a 3-phase plan designed to keep the dealership fully operational during the construction process.

Jewett Construction, an official Butler Builder, is a family-owned design-build/construction management firm specializing in automotive, commercial and industrial projects throughout the Northeast. Its clients include such well-known organizations as The Herb Chambers Companies, SIGSAUER, LAARS Heating Systems, and the Exeter Area YMCA.
