Security Concepts, Alarm Computer Technology and Mainstream Communications Systems finalize merger to form OMNI Technology Services

Pawtucket, RI OMNI Resource Management, a regional leader in diversified facilities services, has formally merged its existing electronic security division, Security Concepts, with recently acquired Massachusetts based companies, Mainstream Communications Systems (MCS) and Alarm Computer Technology (ACT).

OMNI’s acquisitions of MCS and ACT were concluded in January 2023, and April 2023 respectively.

“We are thrilled to announce this new, unified, security & technology division under the OMNI brand. We look forward to continuing to deliver enterprise-level service and innovative technology solutions to our clients” said Chris Pratt, CEO of OMNI.

The merger is a strategic part of OMNI’s expansion, and will grow OMNI’s market share in the electronic security & building technology industries. The result will provide enhanced services and capabilities for its clients throughout the East Coast.
