Senate Const. awarded design/build for Mass Crane and Hoist

Mass Crane and Hoist headquarters - Tyngsborough, MA

Tyngsborough, MA Senate Construction Corp., has been awarded the design/build contract to construct a 50,000 s/f mixed-use, office, and manufacturing building for Crane Realty Trust.

The facility will serve as the new headquarters for Mass Crane and Hoist, Inc. Senate, a certified Butler Builder, was selected for its expertise in managing construction of pre-engineered metal buildings; extensive experience constructing manufacturing/distribution buildings; and a reputation for delivering the highest quality product.

The focal point of the new building will be a custom front entryway. Using wide-flange structural beams, the design of the main entrance will resemble a bridge crane – similar to those manufactured and installed by Mass Crane and Hoist. Unique materials and design elements will draw attention to the distinctive suspended crane-like structure, which will be anchored by a decorative masonry base. This entryway is specific to Mass Crane, its business, and its brand. The pre-engineered metal building will also feature manufacturing space, offices, and meeting space.

“We’re very excited to be working with Mass Crane and Hoist on this transformative project,” said Senate CEO Bob France. “Their business is growing and thriving. This new facility will give them the state-of-the-art tools and space they need to ensure success for years to come.”
