Senie of EAC Properties at KW Commercial handles $1.8 million sale to New Horizons Machine Co. Inc.

Newtown, CT EAC Properties at KW Commercial managing partner Andreas Senie represented the buyer New Horizons Machine Co. Inc. and commercial broker Mike Struna of Advantage Realty Commercial represented the seller of 22 Commerce St. The property closed at a $1.8 million sale price with financing provided by Chad Stewart at Savings Bank of Danbury soon to be Ives Bank.

“Strategically this Newtown property not only fit New Horizons need to continue to scale operations it will accelerate growth by accessing all Newtown has to offer including but not limited to Newtown’s workforce and access to major interstates,” said Senie.
