Sentry Commercial brokers $1.4m sale
According to Sentry Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc., Skara Brae, LLC has purchased 158 Main St. for $1.4 million. The 164,000 s/f industrial facility was owned by Piano Factory Business Park, LLC. The brokerage team of Mark Duclos, Alan Bolduc and Sherri Thompson of Sentry Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. represented the buyer, and Michael McCauley of Commercial Advantage represented the seller.
