Thermal Industries, a manufacturer of vinyl windows, doors and patio enclosures, has renewed its lease for 9,225 s/f of office and industrial space at 300 Pleasant Valley Rd., So. Windsor. Thermal has been located at the Herb Fishman owned facility since 2004. Sentry Commercial represented Thermal Industries in this transaction.
