Sentry Commercial R.E. Services represents the buyer in the $1.02m sale of 4 New Park Rd.
According to Sentry Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc., Blake Equipment Company, a manufacturer and distributor of pumps, pump systems and boilers, has purchased 4 New Park Rd. for $1.02 million. The 14,300 s/f, 6-acre industrial property was owned by Nancy & Carol Pronovost.
Sentry represented the buyer in the transactions.
