Sentry Commercial sells 13,034 s/f industrial building for $700,000
Sentry Commercial has brokered the sale of 23 Sanrico Dr. to Roger Talbot, Sr. for $700,000. The property is a 13,034 s/f industrial building situted at the entrance of Sanrico Dr. The new owner will be using the facility primarily for his warehousing needs.
The seller was 23 Sanrico Drive LLC.
Sentry Commercial was the sole broker in the transaction.
