Serendipity Labs Coworking signs lease for 13,000 s/f at 700 Canal Street, Stamford, CT

Stamford, CT New York-based Serendipity Labs Coworking has signed a lease for 13,000 s/f at 700 Canal St. in the South End. A partnership of ClearRock Properties, Mountain Development Corp. and Gottesman Real Estate Partners owns the building.

The new location makes Serendipity Labs the only coworking network in the tri-state region with workplaces in Westchester, Fairfield, and Bergen counties. This is part of a rapid national expansion of more than 80 locations. Rye, New York, Chicago and Ridgewood, N.J. are already open. Bethesda, MD, and Miami and Aventura, Florida are slated for this spring.
