Recently ServiceMaster by Gilmore promoted Steven Gilmore to director of business development. He will be responsible for overseeing commercial sales for the firm.
Gilmore joined the company in 2003 as a crew chief working several years gaining direct service operations experience. He eventually transferred to marketing and sales concentrating on commercial business development.
Gilmore earned a B.S. in finance from Bryant University and double minored in communication and political science. He is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, and Fire & Smoke Restoration. Gilmore was the co-chair and founder of the ELN Committee for CAI-NE, an active committee member for BOMA and RHA and is also a member of IFMA, IREM and NEAHMA.
