Shair of M&J Associates, Inc. represents Sweet Frog in 1,815 s/f new lease

According to Mark Shair, president of M&J Associates, Inc., Sweet Frog has opened at The Shops At Ocean's Gate. Sweet Frog is a premium soft serve frozen yogurt chain. It is rapidly growing and has over 200 locations in the US. They offer a self-service toppings bar with healthy, organic mix-ins and toppings. Sweet Frog occupies 1,815 s/f that fronts on an internal walkway connecting the parking lot with Ocean St. In addition there is seasonal outdoor seating for its customers. The Shops At Ocean's Gate is a 40,000 s/f shopping center located at 1899 Ocean St. at the corner of Webster St. The location is at the center of downtown within a short distance of Town Hall, Post Office and town library. It was constructed in 2008-2009. The landlord/developer is Diamond-Sinacori. Shair represented the tenant and Matt Giokas of Paramount Properties represented the landlord.
