Shair of M&J Associates leases 7,000 s/f to Hamid"s Academy
According to Mark Shair, president of M&J Associates, Hamid's Academy has leased 7,000 s/f at Westgate Mall. The space is located at 399 Westgate Dr. adjacent to a closed former Circuit City.
Hamid's Academy relocated from Brockton where they operated for the past seven years.
The location is opposite the main entrance to Westgte Mall, a 700,000 s/f regional mall at the intersection of Rtes. 24 and 27.
The exclusive agent for the Circuit City shopping center is M&J Associates.
